In accordance with the HKILA Bye-laws, the Council has resolved to terminate their memberships with immediate effect.

Relevant HKILA Bye-laws
Clause 1.13.1 Membership is automatically terminated when subscription fees remain in arrears. The list of HKILA members
on the HKILA website has been updated accordingly.
Clause 1.16.1 Reinstatement is subject to the same procedure as a new application, together with an administration fee equal
to half of the annual subscription.
Clause 1.17.3 The Membership Certificate and Stamp are granted by and remain the property of the Institute.
Any Membership Certificate and Stamp, if applicable, must be returned upon the holder ceasing to be a member.
Kind reminder that annual membership subscriptions are due in May each year.
