Training Course for Building Energy Management
All buildings can experience performance degradation over time. Retro-commissioning (RCx) is a process to improve the energy efficiency of an existing building’s equipment and systems. Retro-commissioning can produce significant energy savings which can be verified by using the measurement and verification (M&V) techniques to compare the baseline and post-installation or performance period.
Green Council now invites environmental or engineering professionals to join a FREE exclusive interactive online training (in Cantonese) which will focus on RCx with following details:
Session 1:
– Introduction of energy management system and relevant guidelines and regulations for building
– Retro-commissioning implementation
Session 2:
– Measurement & Verification of Energy Performance
– Cases sharing
– RCx project presentation by HK Electric who won Hanson Grand RCx (Implementation) Award in Energy Saving Championship Scheme 2019 by EMSD
Notes:
– Certificate of Attendance will be issued to participants who attended all the 2 sessions and completed a feedback survey
