In accordance with Clause 6.5 of the HKILA Constitution and following the request by five voting members, please be advised that an Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) has been scheduled as follows:

- Venue: Room 2, 14/F, Fairmont House, 8 Cotton Tree Drive, Central

Our further email summarizing the Member’s feedback and the Council’s response on 4 June 2025 (access via the link here). We encourage you to review this document before the meeting to facilitate an informed discussion.
