The Planning Department, the Lands Department and the Buildings Department issued the latest Joint Practice Notes last year on simplifying the development regulatory system, covering issues such as building height restrictions, landscape and site coverage of greenery. In order to facilitate the industry to express their views on ways to enhance the efficiency of development process and approval, the office of the Hon Tse Wai-chuen of the Legislative Council will organize a workshop at 5:30 pm on December 7 (Monday) in Room 502, Conference Room of the Legislative Council Complex.
