HKILA is a supporting organization for the “Glowin The Art – Visual Design Competition for S960 Footbridge at Fanling North New Development Area.” We encourage members and students to participate in this opportunity to contribute to a landmark infrastructure project in the Northern Metropolis.
This single-stage competition invites innovative graphic designs for the new pedestrian-cyclist footbridge at Lung Yeuk Tau, using light-interactive techniques to create a meaningful public artwork.
