Notice of the 33rd Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the HKILA, 29th April 2021 7:00pm
Please be informed of this announcement of the upcoming AGM. Due to the need for social distancing as a result of Coronavirus Disease (COVIC-19) pandemic, we will be conducting this meeting via ZOOM. Below are the details:
2021-22 will bring in year two of the two-year Council governance term, which means we will not be electing new Office Bearers during the AGM. However the Council will still be reporting summaries and achievements made in the 2020-21 year. We will answer any questions you may have, and hope to hear any suggestions for next year. As a reminder we require nineteen (19) voting members as a minimum to form the AGM quorum.
We hope you’ll find this year’s agenda to be very interesting. In addition to the attendance and speech by IFLA Asia Pacific Region President, we will also be announcing a number of HKILA awards.
