In order to facilitate the industry to express their views on ways to enhance the efficiency of development process and approval, the office of the Hon Tse Wai-chuen of the Legislative Council will organize a workshop at 5:30 pm on January 12 (Tuesday) in Room 502, Conference Room of the Legislative Council Complex. Officers of the Lands Department will represent the department to attend the workshop to exchange views on Certificate of Compliance and Pre-sale Consent Application and Approval. We sincerely invite members of institutes to take time to attend.
