Executive Counsel Limited and Urbis Limited have been working with Hong Kong Golf Club
(Fanling) and a team of consultants / experts to critically look at the feasibility of the two options from the Taskforce on Land Supply concerning converting all or part of Fanling Golf Club to public housing.
This involves detailed ecological, landscape and visual, environmental, civil engineering, traffic and transportation studies, cultural heritage, history and archaeology, planning, economic assessment, surveying and quantity surveying, cost planning technical coupled with extensive survey work.
Mr. Alexander (Sandy) M Duggie, Managing Director of Urbis Limited, and Mr. Timothy J. Peirson-Smith, Managing Director of Executive Counsel Limited, will share the findings on impact studies, civil engineering and traffic requirements of these options, and their recommendations.
