Starting from 28 June 2019, the Advisory and Development Proposal Team (ADPT) of Tree Unit of LandsD was disbanded and a new office called “Landscape Advisory Team” (LAT) “園境建議小組” was set up, merging with the Building Plan Unit (BPU) of Development Control Section, Lands Department (LandsD). The role and duties of LAT is to provide landscape technical advice on landscape and tree matters in relation to development control and tree-related issues on private land and submissions under lease.
